Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully when deciding to order, including e-gift cards. We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind but if the items arrive damaged or lost then replacements or refunds will be issued.

Please Contact Us if there's any issues with your order and we can help.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 day money-back policy. If 7 days have gone by since you've received your items; unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

CANCELLATIONS
We allow cancellations of orders within 24 hours of the purchase date.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change your order, please contact us at hello@shewholetters.com.au within 24hrs and we can help! However the order might have already been sent (at super speed!) already.

Unfortunately we’re unable to add to orders once they have been confirmed in the system so you’ll need to make a second order for additional items.


DAMAGE / LOST IN TRANSIT

Sorry to hear your parcel has been damaged!

We always package our items with care for safe delivery, however sometimes couriers aren't as careful with boxes as we'd like! 

The best thing to do is to take a photo of the damage and send us an email to hello@shewholetters.com.au and we can take look into fixing the issue.

We need the photo to clearly show (all in one photo):
- Packaging
- Parcel label (clearly showing the Sendle reference number)
- Damaged item.
