DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Where we can, we use our preferred carbon-neutral courier service Sendle for all parcels. Alternatively, standard postage with Australia Post (carbon-neutral).

All parcels will be sent as Authority to Leave parcels, no signature is required.

FREE Local delivery may be available for your address - within 15km of Altona, VIC.
This option will automatically appear at checkout based on your postcode.

DELIVERY & PROCESSING TIMES

"I can't wait to get my order and I'm hanging out near the window waiting for the postie already! How long will it take?"

Personalised orders - please allow approx 1 week before dispatch so we can create your custom product with the love and care it needs.

All other items - we aim to get all online shop items dispatched within 1-3 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times vary, however on a good day, orders have reached their destinations within 2-3 working days!

Tracking - We will provide your with a tracking code so you can stalk the postie much easier!

Address details - We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change your order, please contact us at hello@shewholetters.com.au within 24hrs and we can help! However the order might have already been sent (at super speed!) already.

Unfortunately we’re unable to add to orders once they have been confirmed in the system so you’ll need to make a second order for additional items.
